Why we started Miashi
We both joined the same line of work back in 2018, managing marketplace accounts for other companies. Over the years, we saw the same problem play out again and again — agencies charging sellers upwards of ₹1 lakh, while the actual quality of work delivered was mediocre at best. Most agencies were focused purely on driving sales numbers, not on whether the seller was actually making profit.
That gap between what sellers were paying and what they were getting is what pushed us to start Miashi in 2022. Our goal was simple: match the service quality of agencies charging ₹1 lakh+, but at a price genuinely affordable for growing sellers — and shift the focus from just "more sales" to sales that actually translate into profit.
That philosophy is still what drives every account we manage today.
